Inhoud
Japanse role-playing games, of JRPG's, zijn een uniek genre van games die een subgenre zijn van Role Playing Games. Een eenvoudige definitie van JRPG's kan precies dat zijn, een RPG die in Japan is gemaakt, maar er is veel meer aan de hand. JRPG's hebben een unieke stijl die hen onderscheidt van andere spellen. Of het nu gaat om hun unieke kunststijl, gameplay-mechanica of muzikale score, er is absoluut iets aan hen dat hen veel meer maakt dan alleen een RPG uit Japan.
Er zijn veel JRPG's die elk jaar verschijnen. Zoveel dat je waarschijnlijk nog nooit van hen hebt gehoord (tenzij je een Vita bezit, enz.). Hier volgt een lijst met alle JRPG's die dit jaar al zijn uitgebracht, die die in 2017 uitkomen en die nog steeds TBA zijn.
